Highlights
Store sales remain flat based on ICSC-Goldman's same-store index which is unchanged in the July 14 week. The year-on-year rate is plus 2.6 percent which is in trend, but the trend for this report and for Redbook -- and not to mention the government's ex-auto ex-gas reading -- is moving south. Redbook is up later this morning at 8:55 a.m. ET.
